{ Impression Obsession DT challenge #17 - Easter }

I used CPS 109 for this Impression Obsession challenge. I wanted to use this beautiful Easter Basket stamp. Isn't it pretty? I colored it with Watercolor pencils. The basket is cut out and adhered to the card with foam tape. I didn't want to basket to "float" in the air so I added this beautiful Hydrangea Sprig. I stamped it two times and cut it into sections. I have always loved Hydrangea bushes and saw some, this color, on our trip to Kauai (see photo below). I colored them with Watercolor pencils, as well, and I added little jewels to the centers. The scalloped frame is cut with Nestabillities. I used a sentiment from Easter Seals clear stamp set.

I hope you can take a little time to blog-hop to see the beautiful creations by the other Impression Obsession designers: Dina, Julie, Laura , Tina, Shirley and our guest designer Jeanne Streiff.

Easter Basket Hydrangea Sprig Easter Seals Ha, ha, and me. I remembered as I was writing this post that I saw some blue Hydrangeas somewhere...I was right. I was around 3 months pregnant with Alex and not feeling well. This was taken in the parking lot at the Waimea Canyon.
