{ Impression Obsession DT challenge #24 - Christmas in July, Project 365 - week 28 }

The challenge is perfect this week since we are blog hopping and showing off new Impression Obsession stamps. You can see the complete list of events on the Impression Obsession blog. For my card I wanted to use my new Large Dots (CC007) stamp. Remember, these stamps are 5.75" x 5.75". I used Versamark and white embossing powder. I only cut a strip to fit my card. I stamped Tall Trees (F2343) on cardstock and used large scalloped punch to punch out a section. I added little glitter to the trees and a little Holiday Cheer (A5516). I hope you'll take the time to visit the other designers' blogs for inspiration! Deborah, Dina, Laura, Jeanne, Jenny, Julie, Shirley, Kelli, Tina, and Kathy Menzies - guest designer.

***Dina is giving away Impression Obsession stamps weekly, make sure you stop by her blog.

***Would you like to see your card featured on the Impression Obsession blog? Make a card for the challenge using Impression Obsession images and email it to Shirley. Every week, cards will be selected to showcase on the Impression Obsession blog!!!

Project 365 - week 28.

7.6 - I wanted to make a note of his favorite books at the moment. This is one of them. 7.7 - just came back from the park - hot, hot, hot! Trying to cool off. 7.8 - I took Alex out for his first ice cream experience! 7.9 - he is examining the new clock for his room. We went to Ikea to buy some storage containers for his closet. 7.10 - we officially flipped the seat forward on Wednesday, but this is the first photo. He really likes it. 7.11 - I bought the toilet seat for him. I have a ton of photos of him sitting on it being silly, but I will put that in the actual album. So far he likes it and he went pee pee in the potty! 7.12 - examining his new storage that daddy put together.

  1. Your card is just wonderful! I love the way you stamoped the trees and those big Polka Dots are great! I have those too. Thanks for showing me how to use them. That Alex is so cute. I know he has to be talking huh? My grand daughter used to watch my mouth to see how the words were formed.
