{ Technique Tuesday red and pink challenge }

Here is a little card I made for a challenge that is posted on  Technique Tuesday board at Splitcoast, red and pink. You have until February 18th to complete the challenge...and there is Prize...a new stamp set called Sweet Somethings. You can use any stamps that you want.
The color inspiration came from Embellish Color Trends Challenge.

 I used a new set by Ali Edwards called Love Always Wins. I stamped the little hearts on cardstock and cut them out. I adhered them on the little doily that I cut out of patterned paper. The box sentiment is cut out with decorative edge scissors. I haven't used those in a long time. I sprayed my seam binding with SWAK Glimmer Mist to match the card background.

I added little green Prima flower to the bow with a heart pin and a button. I used Martha Stewart twine to tie the cut out sentiment to the bow.

I hope you will join us for the challenge.
You can see all the new stamps at Technique Tuesday.

  7. Daniela, I so appreciate your visit and sweet comments about my pin cushions--especially after looking through your creations--you do some top notch work...I've just scrolled and scrolled and scrolled...and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to thank you. So much that I WILL be back! I did see Melissa's cushions, by the way! They looked much quicker than a heart shaped one I had made previously that people really seemed to like. I needed something quick, inexpensive and unique enough that people would consider them a treat. Thought the names would be a more festive way for people to identify the cushion they wanted when they make their winning choices! I appreciate you taking the time to pass along good info, though! I'll let you go!! EVERYTHING's beautiful!!
