{ Life is good and 19.3 miles May Studio AE }

I have two more things to share that I created with May Studio AE stamp set called Simple Joy.

Life is good 61788

The butterflies are from Beautiful Butterflies by Laina Lamb DigiKit and I cut them with my Silhouette Cameo. I used Heidi Swapp Instaframe backed with paper as the center of my card and the background for the butterflies.

19.3 miles 63144

I started a new workout routine and this layout is about my new shoes. Once again, I used Heidi Swapp Instaframe for the photo this time. I stamped the sentiments on cardstock that I cut out into strips.

I created the view-master file in my Silhouette Studio and cut it out with the cameo. I created the numbers file, as well, and used sketch pens to sketch out the numbers.

Let me know if you are interested in any of these files and I can make them available for download.

Have a great Tuesday!

{ Operation Write Home blog hop }

This coming Memorial Day weekend, fill up on card making inspiration with the Operation Write Home Blog Hop.  Operation Write Home helps heroes write home while deployed.  They have donated over 1.5 million handmade cards to deployed troops since they started in 2007.  Learn how you can create cards for OWH!

Therm O Web blog is participation in Operation Write Home blog hop today. Several of the DT members created cards using sketch #30. Make sure you visit Therm O Web blog for a giveaway and Operation Write Home blog for lots of inspiration.

Here is my card.

I stamped the background with Circles stamp from Impression Obsession and then I layered the Mini Layered Beads template over the top and sprayed using Frosted Grape Smooch Spritz.

For the butterfly, I stamped the image first using ColorBox Pigment Ink in Sweet Melon and then sprayed with the mini Butterflies template using Frosted Grape Smooch Spritz. I cut the butterfly out and used 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web to adhere it to the card. I used 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web to adhere the journaling card and the sentiment that I cut out after stamping.

{ Greenhouse Society May stamp set and June Studio AE Sneak peek }

Here is my second card that I created using Greenhouse Society May Stamp set. My first card is here.

Remember, we reveal a new Greenhouse Society set on the 15th of each month. If you see a Greenhouse Society set you want and it's in stock, you should order it right away before they are all gone!

Check out Technique Tuesday blog for more ideas using this stamp set.

Good luck Daniela Dobson

For this card, I stamped the dandelion on a patterned background using ColorBox Fluid Chalk Ink in Charcoal. The pinwheel background is stamped with the dandelion using ColorBox Premium Dye Ink in Grasshopper.

Here is my little peek from June Studio AE.

Check back on June 1st for a full June Studio AE reveal and a full project from my sneak peek above.

{ Introducing Signed, Sealed and Delivered by Technique Tuesday }

Meet our brand new Signed, Sealed and Delivered collection of stamps!

These sweet stamps, which cost just $2.99 per set, are designed to look like round seals. We sized these stamps to work well as an image on a hand-made card, accents on memory keeping projects, or for DIY party projects. Each Signed, Sealed and Delivered stamp set works with a 1¾" circle punch.

They are available now through Technique Tuesday. Also, check our store locator to find a store near you that may have already ordered them or to ask them to get them in stock.

Signed Sealed and Delivered by Technique Tuesday

Here are two cards I created with the sets. This first one is School Seal stamp set. I don’t have a a 1 3/4” circle punch so I created a file in my Silhouette Studio to cut out some circles. In addition, I created some scalloped circles to go with the stamp sets.

#1 teacher Daniela Dobson

For the second card I used THX Seal. I used the Cameo to cut the scalloped border at the top and I added some hand stitches. The seal is adhered with 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web.

Thank you Daniela Dobson

I am going to watch the last episode of House. Great show, sad it’s over.

Have a great Monday night!

{ Impression Obsession DT challenge–Sending Comfort }

Hi and welcome to another Impression Obsession challenge.
Our next challenge, "Sending Comfort", starts today, May 17, and continues to the following Wednesday evening, May 23, at 10 PM.

Create a new card with this theme and post it on Impression Obsession Blog, between May 17-23. A winner will be chosen randomly to win a $25 gift certificate to the Impression Obsession store.

Here is my card.

I can’t even tell you how excited I was when Mitra, our Impression Obsession owner, came up with a die for one of my favorite stamps – Large Solid Leaf Stem! I know you have seen me use it on numerous cards.

Did you know that Impression Obsession has dies for some of their stamps??? You can find them all HERE.

I stamped the background with Cover-a-card Damask and ColorBox Pigment Ink in Mint. Didn’t know I had that color. Love it. The colors are from CR84FN54 color challenge.
The journaling note from Journaling I stamp set and the sentiment from All Occasion II stamp set are stamped with ColorBox Fluid Chalk ink in Sea Crystal.
The butterfly is stamped with ColorBox Pigment Ink in Wheatgrass and die cut.

You can find a list with all the links for supplies used at the bottom of this post.

I used Card Patterns Sketch 165 and CR84FN54 color challenge.

I hope you'll take the time to visit the other designer's blogs for inspiration!
