Hello and welcome to another Impression Obsession DT challenge. Make a card (or a project) using Impression Obsession stamps and post a link to your creations on our challenge post at Impression Obsession blog. If you play you could win a $25 gift certificate to the Impression Obsession store.
Here is my little gift set.
I used a Cupcake Box with a lid from The Cutting Cafe. The lid had a frame cutout. I lined the lid with a piece of embossed vellum that I adhered with Vellum Adhesive by Therm O Web. I covered the box with Echo Park patterned paper and fun little trim from Prima.
The little cupcake is from Create-a-Cupcake CL228 stamp set (see below for links). I stamped the cupcake on cardstock that was stamped with Cover-a-card Distressed Dots CC046 with Clearsnap ColorBox Archival Dye Ink: Mermaid. I folded the cardstock in half and then cut around the stamped cupcake. That left me with a perfect cupcake gift tag.
The Silhouette 15 D5565 butterflies are stamped with Clearsnap ColorBox Premium Dye Ink: Guava, layered together and stitched with pink floss and a button.
The box is perfect for a cupcake, made by me.
I made a little matching card with the same elements as the box. The ink is so vibrant. I love to stamp an image several times on cardstock to get different shades of the same image. All the paper edges are inked with Clearsnap ColorBox Fluid Chalk Ink: Toffee.
I hope you'll take the time to visit the other designer's blogs for inspiration!
