{ Winter wishes }

A fun little card I wanted to share that I created for Therm O Web using Therm O Web adhesive.

To make the card I used Sticky Strip Runner by Therm O Web. I pretty much use that for all my paper.

For my snowflake embellishment, pie chart,  I cut a circle base and several other circles in different patterns. I used a Sizzix circle die, but you can use a punch or Silhouette Cameo. I use an exacto knife to cut up the patterned circles. You have seen these before, they are everywhere, and this is how I do mine.

I use SuperStik Permanent Glue Stick by Therm O Web for the base and then I add my pie pieces to complete the circle.

This is what it looks like.

I used my sewing machine and stitched around the edges several times. I used 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web for the finished embellishment.

The background is stamped with a snowflake from Christmas Trees CL337 stamp set by Impression Obsession. The sentiment is from All I Want For Christmas CL304 stamp set.

Did you know that Therm O Web has a blog. We update the blog daily with various project and techniques. Come and check it out.

That is all from me today. I am working on projects for CHA Winter 2012 and I will share those towards the end of the month. Lots of new stuff coming out from Therm O Web, Impression Obsession, Clearsnap and Technique Tuesday.

  3. This is such a cute card. I love the colors. I would love to have you link this project up to my blog party this month. It includes the Silhouette "Pie Chart" shape, which is similar to the shape you used and I think this would be inspirational for Silhouette Users! http://www.maggiemugginsdesigns.com/2012/05/silhouette-free-shape-blog-party.html
