Welcome to our April Studio AE Blog Hop.
Today we are featuring projects made with the Studio AE – Hello Routine by Ali Edwards.
Here is my layout.
I used lots of bits and pieces on this layout. For the stamping, I stamped “just the way it goes” with ColorBox Mix’d Media Inx: Denim and heat embossed it with the same color embossing powder. Then, I cut it out. I used 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web to adhere it to the layout. The cute washi tape is from craftyjapan.
I tucked a little Color Magic Banner from Heidi Swapp. I inked it with ColorBox Chalk Ink in Pink Sky. Love those little banners.
I cut out “life” after I stamped and embossed the image from “Every day ordinary life”. The words on these stamps are pretty big and I love the idea of cutting them out. I used 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web to prop them up.
The “today” and “love you” are made in my Silhouette Studio using DigiKit Bannerific by Erica Hernandez. I traced the banners and added the words with Blackout font. I cut everything out with the Cameo. I backed the banners with Sparkle patterned paper from Heidi Swapp.
I added little stickers and rub ons from Memory File Instaframes by Heidi Swapp. I found my tweet from that day that goes with the photo and I used my snipping tool (screen capture tool in Windows 7) to copy it and then I printed it on plain copy paper. I had to resize it in Adobe Photoshop to fit the label sticker. I forgot to add a date and I always add a date. I will use my date stamp and add it below the label sticker.
The heart border I created in my Silhouette Studio. I cut white cardstock and then patterned paper to fill the hearts in. Let me know if you want it. I didn’t get a chance to make it available for this post.
