{ Technique Tuesday New Release giveaway }

Hello, I am back to share a card I created with one of the new sets from Technique Tuesday called Take Care.  You can check out all the new releases on our Technique Tuesday website.

Here is my card.

I used my Hand Drawn circle cut that I created in my Silhouette Studio. I sprayed it with Color Shine to match the green in the card. I created and cut the doily, as well. I can share that one, too, if anyone wants it. The banner is a die cut Banner – DIY Steel Die.
I am trying to organize all my steel dies and it’s a mess. How do you store your dies?

As I mentioned in my last post, I wanted to share the mini album that I created with Going Places, our Memory Keepers Studio stamp set for August.

This clear stamp set consists of 21 clear stamps on a 4" x 6" storage sheet. 

And this the Going Places steel dies, our Fresh Cut Studio dies for August. 

Here is my full mini album. In addition to the August stamps and dies I used the Best Place stamp set that is available for purchase and it coordinates with the other sets. More details on Technique Tuesday blog

{ New Memory Keepers Studio and Fresh Cut Studio Products }

 

Back in July Studio AE became Memory Keepers Studio™. You can read about it HERE. It’s still a monthly program stamp program.

The first Memory Keepers Studio stamp set is Family Flair. It started shipping in July. Here is a card and tag I created with stamps and dies. You can find more details on the Technique Tuesday blog.

It’s August which means Technique Tuesday has some new clear stamps and steel dies.

This is Going Places, our Memory Keepers Studio stamp set for August.

This clear stamp set consists of 21 clear stamps on a 4" x 6" storage sheet.

Here is what I created with the August kit and cut files.

I love the colors in this kit. I chose a photo of us from one morning when we went bowling. If you follow me on Instagram you probably saw this photo. Not sure why I haven’t thought of it before, but this is our first car family selfie.
I used the cut tent file and removed the bottom line, so it looks like they are little chevrons. I spaced them horizontally on the bottom of the white cardstock. I cut the chevron card and “love this” tab at the same time and just cut the bottom portion to use on the page.
I sprayed the chevron card ant the tab with Heidi Swapp color shine to match.

I love all the transparencies this month. I added some butterflies from my stash to match the colors of the kit. I tucked the chevron card to the right side of the photo. Little chipboard hearts are from Studio Calico and I filed the edges to expose the chipboard. I added a few American Crafts rub ons and enamel dots to finish the page.

{ Impression Obsession DT challenge – Clean and Simple}

Hi and welcome to our  Impression Obsession challenge – Clean and Simple!

Our challenge starts today, August 7, and continues to the following Wednesday evening, August 13, at 10 PM.

Create a new project using  Impression Obsession stamps and post it on Impression Obsession Blog, between August 7-13. A winner will be chosen randomly to win a $25 gift certificate to the Impression Obsession store.

Here is my card.

I have my new stamps still on the table, so I played with them. The Wood Circle D9435 is stamped with green ink. I watercolored the Dainty Rose 5 B9327. Happy Birthday is a new die that just arrived this week. They will be available in the store soon. I heat embossed the sentiment couple of times with clear embossing powder. I don’t like the way it looks on Kraft cardstock. I stitched it down for additional security.
