{ Impression Obsession DT challenge – Things With Wings }

Hello and welcome to our Impression Obsession challenge – Things With Wings!

Here is my card.

Happy birthday Impression Obsession Baby Bird Set by Daniela Dobson

I used Baby Bird Set and Sweet Baby Bird to stamp the bird on Strathmore Watercolor Paper using my Misti. I used my watercolor to paint the bird. For the bottom piece of cardstock I stamped Circle Fusion 2 stamp. I stamped a sentiment with black ink and added watercolor splatters.

{ Gina K StampnFoil Holiday hop from Therm O Web }

Hi and welcome to our Gina K StampnFoil Hoiliday hop from Therm O Web. Two new stamp sets with matching dies and Foil-Mates

You should have arrived from Chrissie's blog.

Here are two of my projects created with brand new products.

For my first card I used Holly Jolly stamps set, dies and Foil-Mates. I stamped "holly jolly" sentiment on Gina K White Cardstock, repeatedly making it look like patterned paper. The Poinsettia is stamped and foiled with Gold Sequins.

My second card.

Leave a comment for a chance to win the prize in the photo below, worth $150+

{ Impression Obsession DT Thursday }

Hello, it is my turn to share a card with you today created using Impression Obsession stamps. I went into my older stash, starting with one of my favorite background stamps - Cover-a-Card Wood Grain.

Here is my card.

Thankful by Daniela Dobson

I wanted to use a color palette for my card and I found one on Pinterest. Looking at these colors I knew I didn’t have these exact colors in my ink stash. I was able to make colors using Impression Obsession inks. See my little chart below.

Here is a little cheat sheet I created for the colors I needed. It shows you what colors to use and how many times I stamped each one. I used my Misti Stamping Tool so that I can stamp more than once in the same spot.

Here is a close up of the card. I think I came pretty close to the colors from the photo. What do you think.

{ Christmas Blog Hop with Technique Tuesday }

Hi and welcome to our Christmas Blog Hop with Technique Tuesday.

We have just released some brand new Christmas products at Technique Tuesday in September and August  and we're celebrating with a mini Christmas blog hop. We will be releasing more Christmas products in October and November.

For this hop I used Story of December Days Stamp Set. If you have missed my previous post using this stamp set, you can see it HERE.

December by Daniela Dobson

I created a tag by stamping “the story of” from Story of December Days Stamp Set and a December circle. I used Story Card - Paper Crafting Dies for the card that I die cut from white cardstock and stamped a snowflake from Santa Mail Stamp Set. Be Merry tree is from the same stamp set and I used Postage Card Crafting Dies.

Little washi tape, twine and a snowflake from my stash to finish the card.
