{ Impression Obsession DT challenge – Rainbow Colors }

Hello and welcome to the our Impression Obsession challenge – Rainbow Card!

Here is my card.

I used Watercolor Lines for my base and stamped each line individually by inking them separately with each color. I made sure I wiped  the stamp clean after each time. Misti Stamping Tool made this really easy. I used all Impression Obsession inks.

I used direct ink to paper method with all the inks and die cut the Butterfly 3 from it. The stamp set is called Floral Heart Set and I stamped a heart that I popped up using 3D Foam squares. I stamped “hello friend” from Hello stamp set using black ink. In addition, I used Scribble Circles die under the heart.

{ Technique Tuesday September 2018 Release Day }

I created a mini album using Story of December Days Stamp Set and December Moments Stamp Set. I thought about this for a while, trying to figure out what to do. I designed a mini pocket album in my Silhouette Studio. Recently I pulled out my Christmas stash (if you follow me on Instagram). I used various patterned papers to cut the pocket tags. The pockets are big enough to accommodate a die cut tag from Story Card - Paper Crafting Dies.

December is always so busy and I want to document only certain days, or events. My plan is one pocket tag for each person in the family and fill it with favorite moments, photos and notes.

This is how I am storing all my things I need for the mini. Stamped and die cut tags, ink, washi, dies, embellishments and ribbon.

Story Card - Paper Crafting Dies are perfect to document special moments with journaling and/or photos.

I stamped various elements from Story of December Days Stamp Set and used Postage Card Crafting Dies. They fit perfectly.

In addition, I used Santa Mail Stamp Set to add additional embellishments to the album.

I created additional backgrounds for the pockets.

Here is what each pocket is filled with. These are various tags and embellishments I have in my stash.

Here are photos of the tags that are tucked inside. I will add more tags that I die cut and stamped, photos and bits and pieces.

There are so many other stamps and dies that you can add to this mini, or any type of project.

I used Vintage Christmas Stamp Set to stamp a tree on one of the tags.

I created a card using Wendell the Whale Stamp Set and Wendell the Whale Crafting Dies

I created a background using the Waves on the Border Crafting Die which came from our last release. I used watercolor crayons to color in Wendell.

I created a card using Mandala Sentiments Stamp Set and Mandala Maker Crafting Die.

I created a background using the Mandala Sentiments Stamp Set and Things Change Stamp Set. I punched 1” circles to fit inside the round rosette. I can’t wait to create more backgrounds. Not sure if you can tell, but the cardstock has a light pattern printed on the back and I used that as a stamping guide for the stamps. I die cut the Mandala and tucked it behind the pattern cardstock.
