I created a project for Technique Tuesday Blog last week.
I started by painting a small canvas with watercolor crayons.
Watch the video to see how.
I created a box in Silhouette Studio to fit my little gift. This box is 3.5 x 5.5”. See below for download link.
For the top of the box I stamped a patterned piece of paper with a tree branch from Tree-mendous stamp set. I added little butterflies from Amazing by Ali Edwards stamp set.
I stamped a circle from Family circles by Ali Edwards and used a scalloped punch to punch it out. I added a flower and some twine. I stamped “Happy Mother’s Day” and a frame on white cardstock, cut it out and tucked it under the flower.
I added tissue paper to the inside of the box.
