{ The Cutting Cafe' Holiday Planner and a giveaway }

Time to get organized. Christmas will be here in 45 days!

This is a new Holiday Planner printable stamp set. The set features 3 assorted sheets for planning your: Gift lists, Christmas Card list and Misc. Christmas notes..The 3 sheets are approx. a little bigger then 7 by 3 inches....The sheets come 2 on a page...The set also comes with 18 other assorted images.

I added a printable stamp from the Christmas Circles Set 2 that I punched out with my Marvy Uchida scalloped punch. The tree printable stamp is from All About Christmas set. The base for this planner is a manila folder. I have been saving directions from Taylor VanBruggen, and then the other day I found this video tutorial. This Holiday planner set was perfect for the project. The notes fit perfectly in the pockets. I even used my favorite Avery label. The Cutting Cafe' sets are so easy to print, cut and put together. I used Making Memories Mistletoe patterned paper and SEI ribbon. This was so much fun. I want to do a different project with this accordion file folder.

Let me know if you have any questions.

***Regina is hosting a giveaway and this Holiday Planner printable stamp set can be yours. Leave me a comment and I will draw one name on Sunday morning, November 15.

***ETA: In addition to Holiday Planner stamp set, I will be giving away All About Christmas set and Christmas Circle Set 2 (to one lucky winner).

I have something fun planned, coming soon.

{ Impression Obsession DT challenge -make a wreath }

The challenge was to make a wreath. I stamped the leaves from Fall Wreath (CL238) stamp set on patterned paper. After I cut them out I folded and shaped them a little, so they look like leaves. I added some glitter to the leaves to make them sparkle. My background stamp is Cover-a-card Large Dot stamp (CC007). I used sketch #38 from 2 Sketches 4 You. The sentiment is from Circle Greeting (CL99) stamp set. I used Lily Bee Audrey collection papers from My Scrapbook Nook November and kit. I really like this Martha Stewart glitter that I bought recently. It's really fine and it sparkles.

I hope you'll take the time to visit the other designers' blogs for inspiration! Laura, Dina, Jeanne, Jenny, Kathy, Julie, Deborah and Shirley.

***Would you like to see your card featured on the Impression Obsession blog? Email your challenge cards using Impression Obsession images to Shirley. Every week, cards will be selected to showcase on the Impression Obsession blog!!!

{ Mojo Monday 110, Pencil Lines 157 and some cookies }

Happy Wednesday. My headache finally went away (after five days) and I feel better. I wanted to make a card and I discovered Mojo Monday (again). This is my first time playing and it looks like a fun place. Loved the sketch, week 110, and wanted to use some of my (new) stash. I used Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon patterned paper. Sassafras Lass cloud sticker and Prima flower and leaf. Jenni Bowlin ticket is a scrap from a layout I made this weekend.

This card took less than 30 minutes to make, photograph and edit. It all happened tonight. I used my white balance feature on my camera to take the photo. No flash. This is the layout I created with Studio Calico kit. I used Pencil Lines sketch 157. I just love the fun photo that I took of us on my husband's birthday. I added Making Memories embossed metal "Family" plate, Autumn Leaves tree stamp and Elle's Studio tag. I made the flower that I sprayed with Tuscan Sun Shimmerz Spritz and painted with Ultra Marine Shimmerz paint. I finally baked my favorite, seasonal cookies...Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies. They are delicious! I omitted the Walnuts because I didn't have any, but this is the way I like them. I am getting ready to grab a few of those cookies, curl up on the couch and watch some TV.
