Well hello Reverse Confetti friends! We have had such a wonderful time celebrating our FIRST BIRTHDAY with all of you and sharing all of the fabulous sneak peeks for this month’s brand new release. We hope you’ve liked what you’ve seen so far!

{ May Studio AE }

Our Today Circles - Studio AE - May 2014- is out and I wanted to share a card I made with the set.

This stamp set consists of 14 clear stamps on a 4" x 6" storage sheet.

I wanted to share one more card I made using Technique Tuesday stamps shared on Technique Tuesday blog.

I used DIY Steel Dies to die-cut different elements. I created the circle with the Circles dies, the label with the Label die, the flag with the flag from the Story Card dies and the "happy" word with our Straight Talk - Happy die. The "Mother's Day" phrase was stamped with the Say It - Happy stamp set.

{ Welcome to my garden–flowers, fruits, veggies }

**This is my second post for the day. Reverse Confetti SFYTT is below.**

Hi and welcome to our  Impression Obsession challenge – Welcome to my garden!

Our challenge starts today, May 1, and continues to the following Wednesday evening, May 7, at 10 PM.

Create a new project using  Impression Obsession stamps and post it on Impression Obsession Blog, between May 1-7. A winner will be chosen randomly to win a $25 gift certificate to the Impression Obsession store.

Here is my card.

Shaker cards are popular again. Have you seen Impressions Obsession Shake It Pouches? If you haven’t you need to go and take a look. We have different sizes and shapes, ready to be filled. They are self-adhesive. Just stamp your image, place your inclusions on top, peel the backing off and stick them down. Not only that, we have shaker overlays, pre cut to whatever shape you need for your card.
I filled mine with sequins and beads.

For the inside image I used an older stamp that I had called Strawberry Trees. Perfect for our challenge today. I colored the strawberries with watercolor crayons. To cover the outside of my large shake it pouch, I used Circle Shaker Frame Die. This die fits both sizes of circle pouches.
I tied twine around the shaker.

For the sentiment, I die cut the banner from Banners & Tails and stamped the sentiment from Warm Fuzzies Sentiments. I stamped some stripes at the bottom from Basic Borders 2 stamp set. It looks like washi tape. There is another set called Basic Borders 1 that I used here and here.  Not sure if you can tell that I stamped the white background with CAC Screen. I wanted it just barely there.

{ May Sketch For You To Try }

Hi and welcome to our May sketch challenge.

Here is my card.

I stamped hearts from Whole Lotta Hearts for my middle panel of the sketch. For the rectangle piece I layered two tags. I stamped two flowers and the leaves from Petals ‘n Posies stamp set. The sentiment is from Beautiful Banners.
