{ Congrats card with Maya Road }

Hello and happy Wednesday. I have a blog post on Maya Road blog today sharing this card.

I used Felt Roses - Princess Pink as my focal point. It is layered ove several different pieces of patterned paper and tags from my stash. Top of the glitter tag is tied with Twine Cording - Blackberry. I used Rose Garden Sentiments Stamp Set to stamp the sentiment "congrats" on white cardstock with black in. I fussy cut around the sentiment and adhered it to a arrow tag. I used 3D foam squares to pop up the sentiment and added 22mm Bulldog Clips - Bronze at the top as a decorative element. To finish the card, I added machine stitching and sequins.

{ Technique Tuesday and STAMPtember }

Technique Tuesday  has created an exclusive custom stamp set for Simon Says Stamp as part of the STAMPtember celebrations!  The Technique Tuesday Team is sharing projects today to help kick off the launch, along with a few projects on the SSS blog. 

Here is my card using brand new stamp set Sassy You’re Not Normal.

I die cut two rectangles from patterned paper and vellum with Toppers DIY Steel Die. The sentiment is from the new stamp set called Sassy You’re Not Normal. I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark and heat embossed it using black embossing powder. The leaf die cut is from Leaves - Crafting Dies.

{ Impression Obsession DT challenge – Come On Over }

Hi and welcome to our  Impression Obsession challenge – Come On Over (invitation of any kind).

Here is a set of invitations I created using my Misti and Party Time stamp set.

I cut 4 pieces of patterned paper as a base and 4 pieces from white cardstock

.

Each white background is “smooshed” with different color of Color Shine.

I used my Misti to stamp the front of all the cards.

I added polka dot washi to the bottom of each card front.

I stitched around all the cards with black thread.

I added a matching color of twine to all the invitations.

{ Impression Obsession 2017 Fall/Winter Die Hop Day 3 }

Welcome to the Impression Obsession 2017 Fall/Winter Die Hop!
We have some very fun new dies to share AND Gift Certificates to give away!

For this card I used Peace Frame die.  I used a glassine bag as a base, layered tags and washi and a pom pom trim. At the top I used Whipped Spackle and a stencil. I added twine and Nuvo Crystal drops.

One of the trees is popped up using 3D foam squares from Therm O Web. As you can see, there are different ways to use a die, as I did not use the square, but cut the “peace” out.
