Cut in butter with pastry cutter until mixture is fine. Add cheese and mix well. Add milk and stir until just moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. { Impression Obsession Design Team Challenge # 9 - Tags }

Our challenge was to make tags using Impression Obsession stamps. Look at all those tags. I have been wanting to make some for a while. I grabbed several stamp sets, some ink and just started stamping. I am using Avery small tags. These can be used for any gift and I made some Christmas tags, as well.
The tin container I got at Target dollar bin last year. It was just the right size. I made a little divider for the tags and I got the idea from Nichole Heady.
For the lid I used Sheet Music stamp, Scenic Route patterned paper and Autumn Leaves letter stickers. Check out what the other DT members created : Dina, Kelli, Deborah, Julie, Laura.

{ Friday free for all challenge - supply challenge }

My turn to host a challenge this Friday at Embellish-It Scrapbooking. Details: Create a card using the following: 1. The color red 2. Buttons 3. At least one stamp. Please use keyword FC12 when you upload your projects to the gallery so we can all see your beautiful work! For my card I used Paper Salon and Fancy Pants Designs patterned paper. I have a box of fabric laying around from my gratitude wrap project so I decided to add fabric to this card. The tree stamp is from Autumn Leaves and the sentiment is Heidi Grace Designs. On another note: I made these cookies today: Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies....I don't know how I came to this recipe (maybe Melissa, she always bakes wonderful goodies). I can't stop eating them. I wish I had more time to bake...Alex helped and he really wanted to play with the mixer. I think they are more like scones...soft and yummy.

{ 2 Sketches 4 You - Kazan's sketch 11 }

I want to share my card for 2 Sketches 4 You before this week is over. This week has been really slow in the crafting department. I am too busy chasing Alex all over the place. He discovered kitchen cabinets and drawers, and is walking along the furniture. For this card I used Jenni Bowlin patterned paper, rub-on (flower) and felt butterfly. The journaling card, that I cut up, is Fancy Pants Designs and the little heart three is Autumn Leaves stamp.

{ Gratitude swap }

Last month I joined a gratitude/stationary wrap swap hosted by Melissa Goodsell. It was so much fun. This was my first time sewing something like this. What do you think? I wanted to do something like SouleMama's wrap, but I am not that good. I had to look up how to do pockets since this was my first time sewing pockets. As soon as I have some time I will sew one for me. I used two pieces of fabric with batting in the middle. It definitively took a little planning since I wasn't sure how to make everything straight, don't laugh, practice makes perfect.

{ Pumpking Patch }

I wanted to share these photos from today. Our first visit to the pumpkin patch. We had so much fun. It was 85 degrees, hot! I want to go back again when it's cooler. Alex did not like his feet on the hay or grass (see last photo). That was really funny. He kept lifting his feet up and I had to put a blanket down when he was standing up in the field. We celebrated my husband's birthday by going out to dinner after all the pumpkin festivities. I added a little video at the end. I hope you enjoy it. I did finish Ali's Week In The Life...well, I have the photos and the journaling. Trying to work on the format for an album. I was going to share the photos of each day with you in a mosaic form, but I exceeded the upload limit at Flickr. I have only one day to share. I will show you next time.
