{ Thankful for Misti blog hop }

Hi and welcome to our Thankful for Misti blog hop.We will be sharing projects we created with our Misti and sharing why we are thankful for the Misti.

 Here is my card using Impression Obsession stamps and Therm O Web adhesive.

1. I am thankful for the Misti because I can see where I am lining up the stamps. There is no guessing. Once you line it up and pick it up, that is where the stamp will stay. After I heat embossed the small triangles, I stamped the larger row of triangles.

2. I am thankful for the Misti because I can stamp again, for the second impression, without having anything move.  The first time I stamped the triangles, there was a fuz on one of the lines. I removed the fuzz, reinked and stamped again for a perfect impression.

3. I am thankful for the Misti because I can stamp a sentiment even when my card is completely finished with several layers.

Impression Obsession stamps and dies:

We will be giving away two MISTIs (your choice of original or Mini) - one to you, and one to a friend or relative you are thankful for. Tell us what you are thankful for.
 You can comment through Sunday on all blogs on the hop, and winners will be notified on Monday.

  7. I did not know you could use the MISTI on a card with layers like your's.....thank you for that tip. I do not own a MISTI and can just imagine how my card making will change for the better if I owned one. I avoid stamping for all the reasons the MISTI DT members have mentioned on their blogs.....and I rely on die cuts to do the job but miss stamping so much.

I am thankful for the MISTI because it not only helped me be a better stamper but it enabled my Art class students to stamp their own sentiments for their Mother's Day cards that we make in class. I am hoping to acquire more of them so my students won't have to wait so long in line to use it.
