{ Elle’s Studio–fun with patterns }

I have a little card on Elle’s Studio blog that I created with stamps.

The challenge was to create a pattern. I created a pattern on the bottom of the card by stamping the arrows and “I Love You More” stamps from Love You More stamp set. I added little polka dots from Hello 2015 stamp set.
I love using stamps and they are so versatile. You can use them over and over in so many different ways. Check out the blog to see what my DT member Meghan created.

{ MFT Color Challenge }

It’s been a long time since I got to play in my long list of blog challenges that I follow. I have been working on my The Documented Life Project 2015 ART journal and that has been really great. If you follow me on Instagram you know what I am talking about because I have been sharing my progress. Not to mention my Heidi Swapp planner. If the winner from my Season’s Givings giveaway doesn’t get in touch with me I will have to give it away to someone else. Finally, today, I created a card for a color combination challenge from MFT #14 that was perfect.

I used a brand new set from Technique Tuesday called Smirthday. I stamped and cut the balloons and added twine. Zots Adhesive Dots from Therm O Web are perfect for adhering twine and 3D Foam Adhesive for adding dimension. I used Circles - DIY Steel Dies for my white cardstock circle. I sprinkled my blueberry cardstock with Heidi Swapp white color shine. I was pretty impressed by how white it shows up. I did use Mojo Monday 382 sketch for the card.

{ Impression Obsession DT challenge–sparkle and shine }

Hi and welcome to our  Impression Obsession challenge – sparkle and shine. I hope everyone enjoyed out CHA blog hop last week. You can find all the winners on Impression Obsession blog.

Our challenge starts today, January 15, and continues to the following Wednesday evening, 21, at 10 PM.

Create a new project using  Impression Obsession stamps and post it on Impression Obsession Blog, between January 15 - 21. A winner will be chosen randomly to win a $25 gift certificate to the Impression Obsession store.

Here is my card.

I used a left over from Rectangle 6-in-1 Frames die. I layered that over a leftover piece of book paper stamped with Really Useful Stamps – Stripes and a piece of vellum with gold hearts.
After I stamped and cut the Chicken Wire Heart Small I dotted it with Deco Foil Transfer Adhesive from Therm O Web. I drew some lines with the same adhesive. Once it was dry I applied gold foil to the heart and lines. I die cut Love Border Word from a scrap piece of paper that had my writing on it.
I just love the way it sparkles and shines.
