{ Impression Obsession - Old Is New }

Hello and welcome to another Old is New blog post.

With such a huge collection of wonderful stamps from so many artists, sometimes the older stamps in the Impression Obsession catalog find their way out of the spotlight. We don't want them to be forgotten, so from now on you'll be seeing our team feature them regularly. We hope you're inspired!

Here is the card I created:

For my card I used Sunny Bunnies Clear stamp set and dies, and Bloom Baby Bloom stamps and dies. I colored all the images using Prismacolor Pencils.
One of the background stamps is Mini Patterns 1, Boho Tile and Vintage Briar Rose.

I hope you visit Impression Obsession blog and visit the Design Team to see what they created with old stamps.

Let me know if you have a favorite older stamp set.

Have a great Monday.

{ Impression Obsession DT Challenge – Pour One On (any drink) }

Hello and welcome to our Impression Obsession challenge – Pour One On.

Here is my card.

For my card I used Refreshing Cooler stamp that I colored with Prismacolor Pencils. I honestly don't remember using this stamp, but I know I got it for a reason. I have a fun Pinterest board called Drinks, drinks, drinks with lots of colorful drinks waiting to be created.
I stamped Cover-a-Card Thick & Thin background stamp with pink ink and only used a strip that I added to the left side of the card. The background is stamped with Splatter 1 stamp set using yellow ink.
Happy b-day is from Happy Birthday stamp set.

I hope you visit Impression Obsession blog and visit the Design Team to see what they created for this challenge.

Have a great Thursday!

Hello and welcome to Die Cut Obsession. We have set aside a couple days to share some fabulous new Impression Obsession die projects! Have fun checking out what our Designers have made today. Today's participants can be found on the Impression Obsession Blog.

Here is my card.

This card started by stamping the background with Lattice background stamp and heat embossing using white embossing powder. I die cut the Large Frame from white cardstock. The flowers are Stitched Flower Bouquet die cut from white cardstock, as well. They are layered over a tag from Crazy Stitched Set. I added "Hi" at the bottom of the card.

If you visit the website there is a huge SALE going on right now. You can find dies from $1 - $7.

I hope you love this card as much as I do. Make sure to stop by Impression Obsession Blog for links to other Design Team creations.

{ MemoryDex by Heidi Swapp revisited }

Hello and happy 2020!

I decided to document my daily life using MemoryDex. I have purchased the MemoryDex spinner a few years ago. I have since created several boxes with cards to use for various projects. I do have the original MemoryDex Desktop Tray Holder by Heidi Swapp. There are lots of videos on youtube on how to create one. There are various free files for the cards and there are ones you can purchase. I have all the MemoryDex dies and I have the punch. I guess I got lucky. This system has been around since 2015. I know that American Crafts produced more of the discontinued items recently. You can find some of the items on, Amazon and Heidi Swapp website

I am sharing two free files in this blog post. One is the rolodex card and it fits Heidi Swapp system and it fits paper straws (see photos below). The other one is the diamond shape I used for one of my cards created for the Instagram challenge hosted by Damaris @atstudiod and Vstolinr @caroline_mae_m. I will be sharing my projects on Instagram you can follow me there

Here are some of my projects using MemoryDex.
I have a link here to a flip through

Let me know if you have any questions.

***These Silhouette Studio files are created by me, and are for personal use only. If you use my designs, please give proper credit and link back to my blog and/or original file.***
