{ Impression Obsession - Die Cut Obsession }

Hello and welcome to Die Cut Obsession. We have set aside a couple days to share some fabulous new Impression Obsession die projects! Have fun checking out what our Designers have made today. Today's participants can be found on the Impression Obsession Blog.

Here is my card.

These little rainbows have been popping up everywhere so I thought I would give them a try. These are hand painted using my watercolor pencils.  I die cut one of the Postage Cuts from vellum. The flowers are die cut from white cardstock and watercolored. "Thank you" is die cut from patterned paper.

I hope you love this card as much as I do. Make sure to stop by Impression Obsession Blog for links to other Design Team creations.

Product Retirement Sale
In our 20 year history, we have rarely discontinued products. The time has come as our warehouse is full and we want to be able to bring in new clear stamp sets and dies, but there's no room. On our site we have several categories with AMAZING deals. The clear stamps and dies are all 50% off and we have an entire section where you can buy a clear set and get the matching dies FREE (these dies are up to a $25 value and most are on this higher end, so it's a great deal).

NEW! Digital Stamps
Digital stamps? What are those? Digital stamps are high resolution graphics files that you can download and print on your home printer. You can then color them in and use them just as you would rubber stamps.

Our original artist, Gary Robertson, draws very detailed pen and ink images that are perfect for using this way. Why would you want digital stamps instead of rubber stamps? Well, they are significantly less expensive. They are also instant gratification. When you order them you receive an email to download them immediately. We love our rubber stamps and there are many techniques you can't do with digital stamps that you can do with rubber, but these are an amazingly affordable option.

We have made 12 of our Gary Robertson stamps available for FREE so you can try them out before you invest money in them. We are also incredibly excited to offer you dozens of FREE digital stamps from Lindsay Ostrom and Nola Chandler which are uplifting and fun designs perfect to use in this time of social distancing.

{ Impression Obsession - Old Is New }

Hello and welcome to another Old is New blog post.

With such a huge collection of wonderful stamps from so many artists, sometimes the older stamps in the Impression Obsession catalog find their way out of the spotlight. We don't want them to be forgotten, so from now on you'll be seeing our team feature them regularly. We hope you're inspired!

Here is my card.

Do you love digital stamps? Well, we have a section at Impression Obsession just for digital stamps. This image is by Gary Robinson, who has a huge collection of rubber stamps. I downloaded my image and to print more than one image at a time I open my Word document and just insert images and move them around. They upload at their original size.
For this one I printed it out and used my watercolor pencils to color in the image. The background is stamped with Wide Watercolro Stripe. I die cut the tag from blue cardstock and layered the watercolor digital image. For my sentiment I die cut "thanks" from white cardstock.

{ Impression Obsession - Old Is New }

Today I created a Memerydex card.

Impression Obsession supplies:

I stamped the Memorydex card base with Secret Code in Sea Glass. I layered several stickers from my old stash of My Mind's Eye. I die cut Branch die from patterned paper and vellum. I layered them together on top of each other. I stamped Floral Tag Flag with the same ink as the base and cut it out. I stamped the sentiment from There For You stamp set. I used lots of 3D foam squares from Therm O Web and small Zots adhesive dots for the sequins.

If you are not familiar with Memorydex You can check out my post HERE where I am sharing two free files. One is the rolodex card and it fits Heidi Swapp system and it fits paper straws. The other one is the diamond shape I used for one of my cards created for the Instagram challenge hosted by @atstudiod and  @caroline_mae_m. I will be sharing my projects on Instagram you can follow me there. I have created a card for every week and this is week 17 - two of a kind.

I hope you visit Impression Obsession blog and visit the Design Team to see what they created with old stamps.

Let me know if you have a favorite older stamp set.

Have a great Monday.
