{ Heat embossing and watercolor with Elle’s Studio }

Hi and happy Wednesday! We were iced in for the last two days and no school. Today it’s finally snowing. It’s probably not going to last long.

I am sharing a card on Elle’s Studio blog today.

I stamped the numbers from the Number Stamp and heat embossed with embossing powder.

Then I used my Gelatos and water to add my color. You can find all the fun colors and supplies at Emma’s Paperie.

{ Impression Obsession DT challenge–happy birthday }

Hi and welcome to our  Impression Obsession challenge – Happy birthday.

Our challenge starts today, February 19, and continues to the following Wednesday evening, February 25, at 10 PM.

Here is my card.

I used the new Spring Wreath die for this card. I still have several Doodlebug Designs Sugar Coated cardstock and that is what I used for the tiny flowers. You can see them sparkle. The background is stamped with Scribble Checkerboard CAC and Wood Grain CAC. This new Wood Grain is a little bit different from my favorite Cover-a-Card Wood Grain.

The sentiment is from Banners & Greetings. I stamped the banner first, then the sentiment on top of that. I added some Neon Flamingo Stickles around the wreath. I used MFT sketch challenge 216 for this card.

{ Fresh Cut Studio February 2015 and MFT sketch challenge }

Hi and happy Valentine’s Day Eve. We just had dinner and are hanging out for a bit before we watch our family Friday night movie.

Here is a card I made for MFT sketch #215 using our Always Arrows - Fresh Cut Studio - February 2015.

I used Circles - DIY Steel Dies to die cut the circle from pink cardstock that I adhered with 3D Foam Squares from Therm O Web. The two little tags are die cut. I stamped a heart from All You Need Is Love - Memory Keepers Studio - January 2015 on white cardstock that I cut out. I mimiced the curved edge by stamping the hearts from Smile Borders.

This card I made for an assignment to use Just Love Seal and I added a sentiment from Say It 2 - Love You. Just a quick little last minute Valentine’s day card if you need one. I used Circles - DIY Steel Dies to cut the stamped seal.

Here is my card.

I had to use this new Love die on this card. I die cut it from white cardstock and stamped with Lg. Speck  Cover-a-card background. I used 3D foam adhesive from Therm O Web. The background is stamped with Sketched Roses Cover-a-card background that I sprayed with Heidi Swapp color shine. I have been organizing my “stuff” and found these little bags I totally forgot abut and used to use all the time. The Solid Scallop Heart is stamped on white cardstock and cut out. I found these cute and forgotten flowers and decided to use them. I think they are from Memory Makers.
