{ DeNami Design Guest Designer }

I am thrilled to share some fun projects this week as a Guest Designer for Denami Design. Today, on DeNami Design blog, I am sharing this card that I created with Cupcake Owl Trio and Celebrating You stamp sets.

Celebrating you by Daniela Dobson

To create my card I started by adding ink through a stencil onto a card base.  Then I added three different pieces of washi tape to the card front. I added a gold flower rub-on at the top and a tag over the whole area. Under the right side of the tag I tucked a gold polka dot banner. The image was stamped on a die cut circle and colored with watercolor pencils. I inked the edges and colored some of the circle with distress ink. The circle is adhered to the card with 3D foam squares.

I stamped “Celebrating You” sentiment on a tag and adhered it to the card. For the final touch, I added three buttons are sprinkles of pink color shine.

{ We R Memory Keepers Guest Designer }

I was asked to be a guest designer for We R Memory Keepers and I was given Wildflower collection for my projects. How awesome is that! This collection is beautiful and I had so much fun creating these projects.

I would love it if you would go and visit their blog for details about what I created.

{ Design School @ Two Peas }

I was asked to fill a guest spot for a fun event at Two Peas called Design School. I had to create a project with the design principle of  RHYTHM.

Here is my card.

In this card I created rhythm by repetition, in this case, butterflies, blue jewels, similar shapes and colors. Changing the shapes and sizes of those repeating elements makes the visual rhythm a little more interesting and creates movement.

{ Magistical Memories November guest designer }

I am November guest designer at Magistical Memories and I will have several projects to share throughtout the month on their blog.

My first project is this card I made using Fancy Frame by Toni Rivera and Art Deco Stem chipboard.

I painted the Fancy Frame with white Gesso, which is a primer. I like using it because it dries quickly and makes my top color pop. Here, I sprayed the frame with blue shimmer spray. The Art Deco Stem is covered with 7gypsies tape. I layered strips over the stem and used my exacto knife to cut off the excess. I added little flowers, buttons and butterflies. I used my Sizzix embossing folder for the card base.
I hope you like it. Let me know if you have any questions.
Have a great day!!!
