{ Photo Inspiration challenge and Stamp spotlight–Petal Flower }

Here is a tag I created for Technique Tuesday photo inspiration challenge.

Happy easter tag by Daniela Dobson

I used my Silhouette to cut the tag (Lori Whitlock). It’s from 7 labels set that was a freebie, I believe. The eggs I designed in Silhouette Studio. I used some new My Mind’s Eye and American Crafts patterned papers. The little flowers are stamped and cut out.

We are shining the spotlight today on one of our newest stamp sets: Petal Power.

Now some of you might think that it is not a new set. Believe it or not, it is!

As part of the 10-year anniversary of Technique Tuesday, we are bringing back some of the most popular products of the last 10 years. This set is a new version of our classic "Loves Me, Loves Not" and "Loves Me Still" sets.

We chose some of our favorite petals from those sets and included them in Petal Power. We've also added a few new petals. And we've resized the petals  a bit so they fit nicely on greeting cards, but still make a statement on layouts and home decor projects.

Here is a card I created with the set.

Love by Daniela Dobson

The petals are stamped with different color inks and cut out. The other petals are stamped and heat embossed. I used 3D Foam squares by Therm O Web to adhere the colored petals.

You can see some other beautiful creations on our Technique Tuesday blog.

We just finished coloring eggs. Getting ready for a fun filled weekend.

Are you read for April? It will be here soon and that means a new stamp set from Studio AE. Here is a little peek. What do you think?

Be back on April 1, for a full reveal and a photo of the stamp set.

I wanted to share some of my layouts I created with Scrapbook Circle March kit – Charmed Life (sold out).

This one I created using Dear Lizzy Die Cut Cards from the kit. I just loved them and used them as a mask. Here I painted the heart die cut with chalkboard paint. You can find more details on my blog post here.

{ Impression Obsession - All About the Dies - Day 3 }

Hi and welcome to day 3 of our die blog hop. Impression Obsession now manufactures and sells Dies. Our dies are US-made steel dies and are compatible with most tabletop die cut machines. Here is your chance to win some of our dies.

Here is my card combining several different dies to create this little flower arrangement.

Happy day by Daniela Dobson

I love that all the dies are connected together. You run them through with different patterned papers and you are done. I attached each flower and button with Zots by Therm O Web and added some enamel dots from My Mind’s Eye. I added twine to the buttons.

The sentiment and the little banner is from Banners and Greetings stamp set. For the background I used a polar grid mask that I created in my Silhouette Studio. I used Heidi Swapp color shine to mist over the polar grid.

Here are some other creations that I shared on my blog.
