For my card I used Love Home Stamp Set and Build A Birdhouse Crafting Dies. 

I die cut the little bird houses from cardstock matching my base patterned paper. I used 3D foam squares for dimension. In addition, I used Essential Stitched Labels Crafting dies for the sentiment.

I created another card using Hello Winter Stamp Set.

I came up with the idea to use various images and sentiments form the stamp set and line them up diagonally across the cad front. I used VersaMark and white embossing powder to heat emboss all the elements. Then, I used ink and a sponge to add ink to the background.

I created a card using Hello Winter Stamp Set.

I just love the way this card turned out. I used the back of each stamp to stamp a solid image of each item. Then, using black ink, I stamped the outline of each item. You can barely tell that the items are mirror images of each other. I inked the edges with ink and added color shine splatters.

{ Christmas Blog Hop with Technique Tuesday }

Hi and welcome to our Christmas Blog Hop with Technique Tuesday.

We have just released some brand new Christmas products at Technique Tuesday in September and August  and we're celebrating with a mini Christmas blog hop. We will be releasing more Christmas products in October and November.

CHRISTMAS COLLECTION

For this hop I used Story of December Days Stamp Set. If you have missed my previous post using this stamp set, you can see it HERE.

I created a tag by stamping “the story of” from Story of December Days Stamp Set and a December circle. I used Story Card - Paper Crafting Dies for the card that I die cut from white cardstock and stamped a snowflake from Santa Mail Stamp Set. Be Merry tree is from the same stamp set and I used Postage Card Crafting Dies.

Little washi tape, twine and a snowflake from my stash to finish the card.

Prize: We'll give a Technique Tuesday gift certificate to someone who comments during this mini hop on one of the stops. Comments will be taken until September 20th. The winner will be announced on the Technique Tuesday blog on September 22nd.

{ Technique Tuesday September 2018 Release Countdown Day 1 }

I created a card using Mandala Sentiments Stamp Set and Mandala Maker Crafting Die.

I created a background using the Mandala Sentiments Stamp Set and Things Change Stamp Set. I punched 1” circles to fit inside the round rosette. I can’t wait to create more backgrounds. Not sure if you can tell, but the cardstock has a light pattern printed on the back and I used that as a stamping guide for the stamps. I die cut the Mandala and tucked it behind the pattern cardstock.

Today I created a layout using Travel Buddy Stamp Set, Captions and Labels Crafting Dies and Adventure Awaits Stamp Set.

I layered patterned paper from my stash. Actually, I am using a kit that I created at the beginning of summer #stashbustingchallenge2018 on Instagram. I have a photo of the kit there.

I love the stamp set and coordination dies. So fun.

I used VersaMark and clear embossing powder for the background. I found some “guy” colors of patterned paper and added a wood button and twine.

Today I created a card using Gertie & Garth Goat Clear Stamps and Gertie & Garth Goat Crafting Dies.

I stamped Garth and colored him with Watercolor Crayons.  I added colorful paper from my stash to the background, 3D foam squares and Nuvo Crystal Drops: Bubblegum Blush, Gloss White, Ebony Black and Carnation Pink.

Hello, I wanted to introduce our 2018 Design Team.

I wanted to share a card with our brand new Happy Happy Happy Memory Keepers Studio, Feb 2018 Stamp set.

I used some patterned paper and a mask on the bottom to add color. I stamped the sentiment on a white cardstock banner that I added to the card using 3D foam squares. I stamped and die cut two more banners in green and adhered it to the card.
