{ Impression Obsession Design Team Thursday }

I am sharing a project I made using Impression Obsession stamps for our Design Team Thursday post. This is a project I created for Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft and was shared on their blog the other day.
I was recently asked to join their guest design team and you will see me use their products. I am very excited about that!!

This is just a simple chipboard coaster that I painted with Gesso and added watercolor pencils to the background. I stamped the background with French Ledger J8777 and stamped the tag with leaves from Fall/Winter Border CL136. The sentiment is from Count Your Blessings CL286 stamp set.

{ October Studio AE from Technique Tuesday Blog Hop }

Welcome to our October Studio AE Blog Hop.

Today we are featuring projects made with the Studio AE - December Joys - October 2012

Here is my layout.

 

 

I do not have any Christmas/Holiday themed paper. I have some bits and pieces that are really old. I have recently cleaned my studio and I know I don’t have any. I thought that The Sweetest Thing collection from My Mind’s Eye works perfectly. What do you think? Red with a touch of green and blue.
I used several Technique Tuesday sets to add to the layout. I used Measure up stamp set to add some stamping to the left of the photo and to the top of the page. The star is from Awesome stamp set and I stamped that randomly, but in some order from bottom left to the top right corner.
I added some dimensional stickers and Enamel dots from the same My Mind’s Eye collection.

I used one of my free files that I created couple of months ago. The card is 3 x 4, but you can make it any size you want. You can find it and download the file HERE or at the end of this post.
I used Thank you stamp set from Technique Tuesday and it went perfectly with the cut card. I sprayed the card with Smooch Spritz to give it that gold glow.

{ Stamp Spotlight: In Stitches }

Hello! Just wanted to share two projects I created recently for Technique Tuesday blog. Today some of the DT members are sharing their creations using In Stitches stamp set.

You will have to go stop by the Technique Tuesday blog to see all the wonderful examples.

Here is my card.

In addition to the In Stitches stamp set, I used Halloween Seal stamp set that I stamped on a scalloped circle that I cut out with my Silhouette Cameo. The stamp is 1 3/4” in diameter. I stamped the stitches randomly on a tag and adhered the scalloped circle with 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web.

{ Technique Tuesday October Studio AE }

Hello October! Time for our October Studio AE stamp set called December Joys by Ali Edwards. I had so much fun creating with this set. It’s never too early to start thinking about December. Christmas is only 84 days until Christmas!

Here is my layout.

I cut the stars out of the little 3x4 vellum card with my Cameo, and backed it with patterned paper. I scattered the stars throughout my layout. Therm O Web has this new iCraft Adhesive. It has an easy tear liner and it’s perfect for vellum. I stamped one of the sentiments on patterned paper that I cut out and adhered to the page using 3D Foam Squares by Therm O Web.

Here is what the set looks like.
