Melissa has a challenge on her blog and she is giving away some of her own creations. I just had to play. Her challenge: 1. Create a card using a brown paper bag as part of your card, (base, flowers, paper, etc.), 2. Card must have buttons, 3. Card must have a bit of stamping . The paper is from Making Memories that I didn't care for at first and now I love. It's from their Funky Vintage collection. My stamps are from

Butterfly Bliss clear stamp set, sentiment from
Circle Greetings the little
bird.
This second card is for
CPS #60. It was last week and I had the card made, I just never took a photo of it. The patterned paper is American Crafts, rick rack is from Target dollar bin, the little flower brad is Imaginisce and I got a set of them in our flower swap at Create My Keepsake. I stamped the brackets and cut them out, the stamps are Art Warehouse.
On Saturday we went to
Ennis, TX, for their annual Bluebonnet festival. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time. Alex was such a good boy and we got some awesome photos. He is 3 months old!

ReplyDeleteI love the cards you made too! I was wondering what kind of ink you use for the brackets you stamped? I can't seem to find any good inks that are colored...I keep reaching for my StazOn but it's just black. Need to get more colors! The butterfly card is so cute!

Daniela, I must confess that I went past the cards to the photos first; I just had to see Mommy, Daddy and precious Alex! You have some wonderful photos there to scrap!
