I was asked recently to review CardMaker Kit-of-the-Month Club.

These are examples of some cards that you can make with your first kit called Friendship Blooms.

- When members join, their first kit is over 1/2 off the usual price-- $7.99 (plus postage & handling)
- Members will receive 5 free gifts along with their first kit--a zippered carrying pouch, a bone folder, embossing and piercing tool, a "created by" stamp, and an acrylic block.
- Kits will be sent about every month at the cost of $16.99 (plus postage & handling) (This is a great deal when you think of what you pay for one card in the store---and you can make 8-10 with the kit!)
- There is NO minimum purchase and members can cancel at ANY time.
- They offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction.

Each kit includes exclusive materials to make 8-10 cards such as:
o Quality card blanks and envelopes
o Printed papers
o Die-cut sheets
o Decorative stickers or rub-ons
o Clear acrylic or self-cling rubber stamps
o Color-coordinated ribbon and embellishments like brads, buttons, glitter, pearls, rhinestones, flowers, and more!
o A full-color, step-by-step instructions

Each kit teaches a fun technique like embossing, stenciling, quilling, iris folding, specialty card folds, and simple layering techniques.

This first kit focuses on techniques like sanding, stamping, pop ups and glitter accents. All the techniques and instructions are printed and include color photos.

A different kit features masculine colors/themes and fun flap fold design. The techniques in this kit are all about faux sewing, scoring, layering and stamping.

Here are some other points to remember:

  • None of the kits or kit components is sold in retail – they are sold exclusively to members of CardMaker Kit Club!
  • Each kit features an occasion like birthdays, thank-you cards, friendship, etc.
  • Each kit teaches a fun technique like embossing, stenciling, quilling, iris folding, specialty card folds, and simple layering techniques
  • There is also an instructional video for the first kit and for using the free gifts. http://www.cardmakerkitclub.com/video.html

The CardMaker Kit of the Month Club would be perfect for someone just getting into cardmaking. Everything is color coordinated, packed full of products and ready to go.

The CardMaker Kit is perfect to take to a crop or a friends house and have a card making party.

I like that there are new techniques introduced each month and there are photos and steps to follow in the instruction booklets. The acrylic stamps that come in the kit are a great addition and you can use them over and over again.

Even if you are not a beginner, the CardMaker Kit would be great for you as well. I saw this kit as an opportunity to make my own creations, to use kit as it, or to add to it from my own stash.
