{ Technique Tuesday March Release Day }

Today I created a card using Love You to Pieces Clear Stamps and Pieces of My Heart Crafting Dies.

I used a stencil to create a polka dot background. I die cut the heart pieces from patterned paper and adhered them using 3D Foam Squares.
